Sales associate

As a Sales Associate, you will assist in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and help our customers feel at ease while shopping with us because WE SPEAK PET!

Requirements

• Assist in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store
• Acknowledge, welcome, and thank each customer in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist customer(s) quickly and positively with product selection and answer their questions wherever in the store they may be
• Maintain the consistency and reputation of the store by complying with Brand Standards
• Work as part of the store team to meet or exceed targeted sales goals
• Clean pet enclosures and ensure all animals have appropriate food and water
• Support in maintaining the fish system
• Assist with the restocking of merchandise on shelves and fixtures and moving products from the stockroom to the salesfloor
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace
• Complete tasks and other duties as assigned by store management
