Shift Lead

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team at Pet Supermarket in St. Cloud, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, driving sales, and supporting the management team. As a Shift Lead, you'll be a lead member of the Sales Associate team, encouraging cross-team collaboration and setting the standard for performance.

Requirements

• 1 year retail or customer service experience
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle (preferred)
