Shift Lead

Pet Supermarket is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team. The Shift Lead will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, supporting the associate and management team, and driving sales and customer experience initiatives. The role requires a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle preferred
