Shift Manager

Pet Supermarket is a retail store dedicated to providing passionate customer service and a wide selection of pet care items. We're looking for an outgoing and people-person who loves pets to join our team as a Shift Manager.

Requirements

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service
• Meet associate performance expectations and goals for the store
• Maintain cleanliness of all animal cages and fish tanks
• Ability to properly complete necessary paperwork
• Ability to move throughout the store unassisted
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping
• Assist in processing, replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Adhere to all policy and procedures
