We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee daily cash transactions, accounts payable, and payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing taxation issues, supervising a bookkeeper, and contributing to budget planning.
Requirements
- Resident of the Philippines
- Accounting or finance degree or 3+ years of related experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
- Experience with corporate taxes or handling nonprofit books preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft products
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Superior math skills and analytical mind
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Philippine business processes and compliance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Open to occasional outdoor work
