Operations Leader

Petco is looking for an Operations Leader to help create a healthier, brighter future for pets, pet parents, and people. As a Key Holder, you will supervise partners, open and close the store, and serve as a point of contact when management is not present. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandise presentation, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, and addressing customer questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail oriented.
