Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager to join their dynamic Las Vegas team. The role involves assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with bidding, tracking subcontractor releases, and managing project administration tasks. APMs will work on custom construction projects, ensuring quality, risk management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of project experience
- Knowledge of subcontractor scopes and contracts
- Ability to read/bid construction plans
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Management Software)
- P6/On-Center/Revit/Bluebeam/MS Project experience a plus
- Willingness to visit job sites and work in the office
