Mechanical Engineer - PL#21908

Peter Lucas Project Management is seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in support of a major industrial operation in Saskatchewan. This position provides technical and operational engineering support within a processing facility, with a focus on optimizing plant performance, supporting safe operations, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a recognized university.
• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering may also be considered with suitable industrial and project experience.
• Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training in Saskatchewan (APEGS).
• Preference given to those with experience working at an industrial facility.
• Previous experience working within MOC programs would be considered an asset.
• Experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of codes, standards and best engineering practices as applied to mining and milling applications is considered an asset.
