Job Description
We are looking for a Revenue Operations & Analytics Manager to design and implement efficient end-to-end processes, strategic reporting, and KPI optimization. As a central point of contact, you will ensure a uniform data strategy and deliver insights to teams and management for strategic planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or business consulting
- Strong quantitative background and love to penetrate complex data sets
- Expert in working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) and understanding the IT architecture behind it
- Good understanding of CRM systems, automations, and data-based workflows
- Very good German and English skills
