Job Description
Peter Park is looking for a Team Lead Customer Success to contribute to the growth of the company and advance the dynamic Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Service Management, or Sales, and be able to build long-term business relationships and drive the implementation of company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Service Management, or Sales
- High level of hands-on mentality, exceptional communication skills, and ability to inspire colleagues
- First experience in personnel management
- Very good German and English language skills, further language skills a plus
