The Outside Parts Sales Representative acts as a customer service representative through delivering parts and maintaining relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Experience with truck parts inventory is an asset
• Completion of post-secondary certificate or diploma
• Knowledgeable of heavy duty/medium duty truck inventory
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong personal organizational skills
• Effective problem solving and negotiating skills
• Effective conflict resolution skills
