Job Description
Peterson Health is seeking a Prn Home Care Physical Therapist to provide care in patients' homes. The role involves coordinating patient care, developing treatment plans, evaluating patient response, and collaborating with caregivers and IDG members. The physical therapist will work as needed by the department and maintain proficiency in advanced assessment, teaching, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Texas license as an Occupational Therapist
- CPR Certification
- Driver’s license with auto insurance
