Job Description
Peterson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, Med/Surg to join their team in Kerrville, TX. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning care, and implementing and evaluating patient care plans. We offer a $10,000 sign on bonus for qualifying full time med/surg RNs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Unrestricted Texas license as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support
- Patient Care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to perform skills necessary for unit specific competencies, to include age specific competencies
