Job Description
Petri Electric, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support underground electrical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have experience operating Mini Excavators, Backhoes, and other excavation equipment, and will be responsible for precise and efficient excavation for underground electrical systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience operating Mini Excavators, Backhoes, or similar equipment
- Strong understanding of trenching techniques, underground utilities, and soil conditions
- Ability to read and follow electrical site plans and construction blueprints
- Valid CDL (preferred, but not required)
- Equipment certifications required for machinery you operate
- A commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
