Job Description
The Area Manager - DMV Area is responsible for the effective operation of company-operated business units, focused on customer satisfaction, store personnel development, and profitability. This role involves ensuring store cleanliness, providing sales and personnel support, managing store operations, and contributing to company goals like revenue and brand image.
Requirements
- Ensure daily cleanliness and active customer engagement.
- Provide qualified, optimal support to assigned business units.
- Drive fuel and merchandise volume and margin targets.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity.
- Perform store inspections and implement marketing programs.
- Oversee timely and accurate accounting and administrative processes.
