Job Description
The Popeyes Assistant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations to drive sales growth, maintain a safe and legal work environment, and contribute to restaurant image. This role involves managing a team, ensuring food safety and customer service standards, and implementing marketing programs. This position requires a hands-on, 24/7 approach to team management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
- Experience managing and directing others
- Flexible availability based on business needs, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation

- Strong Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented and Exceptional Organizational Skills
