Job Description
The Henny Penny convenience stores are seeking a highly talented General Manager to lead a high-volume retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, strong leader with exceptional communication skills, possessing a proactive and responsible mindset. They will focus on maximizing profitability through team development, operational excellence, and sales growth. The GM will be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring PMG values are upheld. Relocation costs will be considered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
- Experience with leading and building a team.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
