Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking a Store Manager for its 7-Eleven and Gas Station located in Silver Spring, MD. The GM will be responsible for overall site operation, team leadership, and maximizing profitability through Sales, Operational Excellence, and Financial Performance Management. They will handle customer and associate satisfaction, and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- Resolve customer and associate concerns, issues, and complaints effectively.
- Execute the PMG Sales Strategy and analyze income statements.
- Supervise and lead associate and manager activities.
- Manage labor and schedule, and complete paperwork accurately.
- Ensure store meets operational excellence standards.
- Analyze trends and set action plans.
- Monitor local competition.

- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
