Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Manager for their Hialeah, FL location. The role focuses on maximizing profitability through sales, operational excellence, and team development within a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be exceptional in communication, possess a strong Do Whatever It Takes attitude, and be highly disciplined.
Requirements
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
- Resolve customer and associate concerns, issues, and complaints effectively.
- Execute the PMG Sales Strategy, action plans, and business processes.
- Supervise and lead the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all associates.
- Manage/Accurately complete daily paperwork, cash, lottery, shrink, spoilage, and waste processes.
