Job Description
The Henny Penny convenience stores are owned and operated by Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. (PMG). This role is for a General Manager to oversee the entire site operation, focusing on maximizing profitability through sales, operational excellence, and associate development. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be responsible for all aspects of store management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience leading and building a highly effective team
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs
