Job Description
The Henny Penny convenience stores are seeking highly motivated and experienced general managers to lead and operate sites throughout Connecticut. This role requires strong communication skills, a proven track record in Retail Management, and a focus on maximizing profitability through Team Development and Operational Excellence. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Experience with leading and building a highly effective team.
- Experience selecting, training, and performance management of staff.
