The Operation Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power generation while meeting operational, regulatory, and environmental objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., IR, PE, CEng) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation operations, preferably in CCGT plants, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing plant operations.
- Proven track record in managing CCGT plant operations, performance optimization, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of operational budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing operational teams.
