Job Description
We are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed! The Development Specialist role is to plan & project manage the development of land and service station in order to support our rapid retail service station expansion program across Malaysia.
Requirements
- Degree in Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering / Business.
- More than 5 years' related experience.
- Knowledge of retail service station business.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Understands the fundamental of accounting and investment.
- Good initiative and able to work well under pressure.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Able to be relocated to different markets.
