Fleet Supervisor

Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and innovative Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage hauler operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop operational improvement plans to enhance efficiency and support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with strong academic achievement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
• Solid knowledge of Petron Operations Integrity Management Systems (POIMS) and Loss Prevention Systems (LPS).
• Strong credibility and relationship management skills with haulers and operational partners.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; capable of conducting effective training sessions.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet evolving business needs.
