Process Engineer

Petron Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to conduct process engineering studies, design, and provide technical support to daily plant operations. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and optimized plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in refinery operations or downstream facilities, including exposure to key process units such as distillation, catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, hydrotreating, and coking.
• Strong initiative, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
