Job Description
Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic & innovative Projects & Innovation Supervisor to lead digital experiences, loyalty initiatives, and IT projects while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and customer trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related studies.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in digital technology or mobile-first platforms.
- Strong understanding of loyalty technologies, customer data platforms (CDP), and system integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, cybersecurity, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience working with agile teams and managing external vendors.
