Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Vets4Pets Newcastle Kingston Park. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated to make a difference for pets and their owners. We provide full training to our standards.

Requirements

• Warm, confident manner with clients, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to stay calm and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
• Relevant customer-facing experience, veterinary or reception experience welcome but not essential.
• Comfortable with computers and basic administration.
