Job Description
We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our clients and their pets, and to manage the smooth running of our practice.
Requirements
- Providing a friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets
- Keeping up-to-date with practice services and additional services
- Being calm, attentive, and focused on clients' needs
- Dealing with a variety of situations, including comforting clients with bad news or sharing in the joy of a new puppy's visit
