Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in similar positions
• Solid understanding of industrial engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and production systems
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools and techniques, time studies, and capacity modeling
• Familiarity with industrial engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, ERP/MES, simulation tools)
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and support change at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Intermediate English level
