Job Description
Take over full responsibility for the lifecycle of Teamcenter, NX and CAM-related IT services, and manage stakeholders, service level agreements, and incident and problem management.
Requirements
- Successfully completed at least 4-year technical university studies (e.g. as M.Sc. in Business Information Technology (m/w/d))
- Several years of professional experience in the PLM, CAD or CAM area, in the introduction and implementation of ITIL processes (e.g. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
- Knowledge in the maintenance and consultation of Siemens Teamcenter and NX
- Fluent English skills are assumed, French skills are an advantage
