Engineering Operations Manager

The Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing people, technology, and financial resources within the department, while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and environmental and safety regulations. The role involves actively sharing knowledge, identifying process improvements, and solving moderately complex problems.

Requirements

• BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience
• MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience
• PhD/JD with any years of experience
• Associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Solutions or other CMMS applications
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and current pharmaceutical industry standards
• Strong people management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
