Global US Medical and Scientific Communications Capabilities Hub Team Lead

The Global/ US Medical and Scientific Communications Capabilities Hub Team Lead will report to the US/Global Medical and Scientific Communications Lead in the larger Medical and Scientific Communications organization, a part of Medical Evidence Development (MED) / Chief Medical Office (CMO). The role will be accountable for developing, implementing, governing, and continuously evolving the global off-shore capabilities hubs to deliver high quality, trusted, and accurate end-to-end medical publications & medical content.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD)
• Min 7+ years experience in Medical Affairs including Medical Information, Medical Communications, Publications, Medical Content, Field Medical or related discipline.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross-functional business environment.
• Proven leadership in managing people and projects both directly and via a matrixed or indirect leadership.
• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience preferred (including budget and financial planning) in a senior position in industry, academia or a healthcare institution;
