The Hybrid Health Representative is a sales role in the field responsible for achieving sales targets and developing positive customer experiences. The job holder designs customer access and plans communication channels based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Application and sale of defined products
• Continuous improvement of customer experiences
• Independent analysis of regional dynamics and customer needs
• Reactive engagement of Pfizer SME and/or Pfizer internal resources
• Responsibility for promoting the use/networking of customers with new digital offerings
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing stable customer relationships
• Planning, organization, and implementation of local projects, services, and events
• Daily documentation of customer interactions
