Oncology Field Medical, Director (MD)

The Oncology Field Medical, Director is responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise, including thoracic oncology and pipeline, across a broad range of medical customer segments and initiatives in an assigned territory. The role involves planning and executing Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers, maintaining required knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines, and providing therapeutic area/product information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree required
• 4+ years of relevant experience required
• Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and create business impact.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills: ability to understand and respond to multiple external and internal customers’ demands and manage and handle conflict constructively.
• Rapidly adopt and utilize new digital technology and other resources with medical customers and record medical interactions
