Senior Associate – Lab Operations

Pfizer’s BioMedicine Design (BMD) Group in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Lab Operations Senior Associate to support the BMD Strategy and Operations Team in maintaining state-of-the-art laboratories in Kendall Square.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field including biology, cell biology, biomedical engineering, pharmacology
• 2+ years’ experience working in a laboratory environment; preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of commonly used laboratory consumables, supplies, and standard laboratory equipment, including associated computer hardware and software.
• Sufficient laboratory training and experience to prepare buffers and solutions as needed, following established procedures.
• Experience coordinating laboratory operational needs with Digital/IT teams, including asset tracking, lab computer access, and support for authentication tools and system updates.
