Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Technical Services to provide senior technical leadership for Primary Packaging Components, Medical Device Combination Products, and advanced statistical analysis supporting sterile injectable manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in primary packaging components and component qualification
- Experience supporting medical device combination products and delivery systems
- Strong background in statistical analysis, defect trending, and data-driven investigations
- Experience with change management, validation/qualification, and regulatory filings
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical professionals
