Aseptic Production Lead

Role Overview

The Aseptic Production Lead will be responsible for leading the shop floor and coordinating daily activities to meet production schedule attainment. They will assist, train, and perform line duties as required, promote teamwork, and ensure a positive work environment.

What You Will Do

The Aseptic Production Lead will be responsible for monitoring training requirements, recommending training, and ensuring employees perform jobs correctly. They will also be responsible for following SOPs, cGMPs, batch records, TCPs, BOMs, and POPs, and remaining current with all training requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Aseptic Production Lead will be responsible for mentoring and training full-time and contracting Filling Operators, ensuring batch-related documentation and inventory transaction consumption are complete and accurate, and promoting aseptic behaviors while performing aseptic operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent
• 3+ years of production, manufacturing, or operations related experience
• Completed or willing to complete Certified Trainer course
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies is strongly preferred
• Effective Leadership Skills – Work with integrity, inspire others, and is accountable
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills; perform unskilled work and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to gown aseptically and retain certification
