As a Franchise Business Manager, you will lead your own consulting office and become part of an established network in Germany's growth-oriented market. You will be responsible for establishing and managing your own location, personal consulting, placement of care workers, regional marketing, and establishing a network with local multipliers.
Requirements
- Communicative, convincing, and entrepreneurial
- Passion for social issues, care experience is NOT required
- Empathetic, resilient, and able to handle sensitive life situations
- Experience in sales or advisory-intensive activities is ideal
