Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for a nonwovens production line, achieving company goals, and analyzing machinery operation to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Leadership in safety
- Maintaining process targets and control limits
- Responding to quality and process issues
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Validating processes and qualifications of equipment
- Managing process equipment
- Tracking and maintaining operational PM task list
- Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
- Providing 24/7 line support
- Supporting hands-on training for line lead development
- Supporting pay-for-skills system
