Club Services Associate will execute all Club Services, maintain merchandise presentation, and provide world-class customer service.

Requirements

• Engage with every customer and offer world-class service
• Execute all Club Services, including re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments, and front-end operations
• Maintain a premier merchandise presentation to enhance sales and customer experience
• Assess and diagnose club issues, provide clear communication about repair options, and document service orders accurately
