Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive nonprofit development experience
- Demonstrated success closing gifts of $1 million or more
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing advancement teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of building authentic, lasting relationships with donors, volunteers, and organizational partners
