Job Description
The Process Operator I is responsible for controlling and executing the elements of the process, including raw material and finished goods logistics. They operate manufacturing equipment, maintain equipment and work areas, and ensure product quality standards are met. This role involves safety management, HSE, and problem-solving. The position also is a backup to the Shift Production Manager.
Requirements
- HSE: Promote a safe work environment.
- Read basic blueprints and plans.
- Forklift and Aerial Lift (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
