Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and executing capital projects in a food manufacturing facility. They must have a thorough understanding of federal and local regulations regarding environmental and food safety compliance.
Requirements
- College graduate with a bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering or other related science/food science subjects
- 5 or more years of Engineering and/or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Industry knowledge of food manufacturing equipment and processes
- Competent in Engineering design, preferably within a food environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
