Job Description
As a Cost Controller at PHĀEA, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our hotels, with a primary focus on cost control. The role supports the monitoring and analysis of corporate expenses, proper maintenance of cost records, and the implementation of actions to reduce expenses across all departments.
Requirements
- Controlling and recording purchase invoices
- Monitoring and controlling F&B department expenses, to stay within budget
- Performing basic cost analyses for F&B products and services
- Daily checking of income and resolving any discrepancies
- Participation in monthly inventory, identifying any discrepancies and resolving them
- Preparing monthly reports and identifying areas for improvement
- Good organization and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Communication skills
