Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to grow CQP’s footprint across an assigned territory. You’ll drive new business while building strong relationships with care home operators, managers and regional directors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B business development within care homes, healthcare, social care or related sectors
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
