Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to grow CQP's footprint across an assigned territory by building strong relationships with care home operators, managers, and regional directors, and driving new business while managing existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B business development within care homes, healthcare, social care or related sectors
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
