Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to lead and develop a team of Commercial Accountants, providing high-quality financial insight to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability in a fast-paced, ambitious, and data-driven environment.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong blend of commercial and technical accounting experience
• Highly proficient in advanced Excel, with the ability to build, manipulate, and interpret complex financial models and large datasets
• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing a finance team, including coaching, performance management, and supporting team members through periods of growth and change
