Data Delivery Manager role at a market leader in the pharmacy world, responsible for optimising workflows across Data & Analytics function, including BI, Customer Insight, and Data Science, to ensure demand, prioritisation, and delivery align to the highest-value business outcomes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), with Jira experience preferred
- Strong understanding of data and analytics environments and Agile/product-led delivery
- Experience in Delivery, Programme, or Portfolio Management within data, tech, or product functions
- Proven ability to structure, coordinate, and optimise delivery across multiple teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including challenging prioritisation
- Excellent communication and facilitation capability at senior levels
- Ability to bring clarity and direction in complex or ambiguous environments
- Strong organisational skills, balancing competing priorities and trade-offs effectively
- Demonstrated track record of managing cross-team dependencies and end-to-end delivery
- Experience shaping prioritisation and guiding senior stakeholders toward value-led decisions
