Job Description
PharmaEssentia Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Director for the Southwest Pacific region, responsible for sales activities and leading a regional sales team. The position requires 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, and 3+ years of Oncology experience. The role involves developing regional business plans, recruiting and leading a team, and meeting business objectives through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
- Recruit, build and lead a team of experienced and highly competent and motivated sales professionals
- Develop and coordinate physician advocates for promoted oncology/hem-oncology products
- Identify customer needs and marshal the company's resources to meet those needs
- Partner effectively across field and home office teams to create a seamless experience for providers and their patients within the geography
- Provide feedback on commercial plans and contribute to the creation of resources, tools, and processes critical to field success
