Job Description
PharmaEssentia is a biopharmaceutical innovator seeking a Senior Manager, HCP Engagement to own the end-to-end execution and optimization of HCP engagement programs, including speaker bureau and national conferences. The role requires a high-accountability operator who can step in immediately and drive execution in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech event management, speaker bureau operations, or HCP engagement programs
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory, and MLR processes
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and event management platforms
